Perfect Replacement Pump

I replaced the original freshwater pump on my Carver Santego with this pump. The flow rate is better, it's quiet and only runs on demand. The quick connectors for the water in and out lines was also great. I heighly recommend this pump.

Freshwater Pump

This is a replacement for a discontinued model and it is excellent. Fits the same footprint, which made it easy to install. Will come up to pressure against one open outlet! Also delivered to me faster than I expected (sooner than they promised - it is always nice to have a vendor under promise and over deliver rather than over promise and under deliver.)

Works with vista and linux. Atheros 5008 chipset. Download the latest generic atheros drivers from www.atheros.cz You have to manually select the network adapter and choose the atheros 5008 adapter in the list. Great bang for the buck!

Jabsco 31395-0092 Marine ParMax 2.9 Water System Pump

I plan to amend this review in the future, but here are my initial experiences.The pump is nicely packaged, included several fittings, and a limited amount of documentation. I also purchased theJabsco 30573-0000 Marine Pressurized Water Accumulator Tank with Bladder (1-Liter), which I'll review separately, to use with the pump. In my very limited use/test of this pump, it was very quiet, and supplied adequate pressure to trigger my hot water heater. The only problem I experienced was that the plug & snap connectors, with double o-rings, used for hooking up the hoses seemed to leak from the connections between the pump and accumulator tank, even when fully inserted and snapped in place. I used a short 2" piece of clear plastic hose with hose clamps and the provided fittings to the connect the pump and accumulator together. I didn't have the resources and time to troubleshoot, but possibly some silicone caulking might help. I plan to use the whole setup to pump water for a basic shower and hot water at my off-grid property in the mountains next summer. I won't have a chance to amend this review until next summer.

Direct fit replacement,

Direct Fit replacement for model number. Works as should. Have not had any issues with leaking. Used to replace nonfunctioning water pump from '06 boat.

The pump works good as it should. The push in fitting are not so good. The fittings leak. Had to attach fitting semi-permanently to keep them from leaking.
