This cot is very sturdy. It takes me (who usually is very challenged at this sort of thing) absolutely no time to put together. It is "stiff"--meaning it doesn't sag. Best of all, it fits in a bag about the same size as a camping chair. I used it camping, and my son (11) uses it for sleepovers. Mind you, it isn't real "comfortable." I can sleep on it without backaches, but it isn't a puffy mattress. But it serves its purpose. We will probably purchase two more, so noone has to sleep on air mattresses camping.

Good product, after the first time, I can literally set this cot up in 60 seconds. I highly recommend it, unless you are looking for the next one up from this which will hold your belongings in a net.This is well built product.Jonathan

This cot is used by the grown-ups in our camping group to get a decent night's sleep. Setup is rough the first time (took about 10 minutes), gets easier as you get familiar with how things fit together (now down to 1 minute setup). It's wide enough, stable, and sturdy. The support bars are far enough from the sleep surface that you won't get the bars in your back.
