Please accept my apology. Previous review is an error. My problem with the Answering System is that the CPC function needed to be changed from A to B. I made the change and it is working perfectly. I also have a KX-T2100 and it is also working perfectly after troubleshooting its malfunction. I need a new tape. Thanks again for your guidelines and again I apologize.
