Good Tool; Good Value

I bought this tool primarily for use when I didn't have access to air for my normal impact tools. I have used it in several different scenarios and it hasn't let me down yet. With it's ~148 lb/ft of torque, it is a very powerful tool for it's size and weight. I have used it for several things from automotive work and general shop work to removing and installing mower blades on a lawn tractor. Don't make a common mistake though. This is not a heavy duty impact. But for it's intended use and torque capacity, it is a good tool. I do like also the switchable power level. Not all jobs require maximum torque. I do wish it was a 3/8 inch square drive instead of 1/2 inch. I am most impressed by the light weight afforded by the lithium batteries. The same tool with Ni-cads would probably weigh twice as much or more. The impact is a good compact size also which makes it nice to use in some tight spots where a normal size 1/2" air impact would not fit. The included case, spare battery and Smart Charger (My words, not theirs) are very nice also. For me, this tool is a good value.

Well Worthwhile

This works as advertised and I am quite pleased with it. My wife and I recently took a long round trip from Texas to South Dakota and used the Scosche interface extensively. It installed within 5 - 10 minutes in our 2007 Yukon XL (see the installation video via the Scosche web site).I ended up leaving my iPod in the glove box so that one of us could reach it if we wished to play a playlist, album, or genre, etc. manually. Based on the limitations of the XM radio in the GM vehicles, only the first 30 - 36 categories (playlist, etc.) will show up and this only when the vehicle is stopped. When moving, just like the XM radio, only the first 6 buttons are available. Prior to our trip I rearranged the playlists on the iPod to have our favorites show up first -- by placing a number (1,2,etc) in front of the playlist name. Of course, by manually using the iPod one can pick anything that is on it.It was great to see the song title and artist show up on the radio screen and to be able to control most of the functions of the iPod via the radio buttons. We actually used the iPod via the interface for most of the trip. The sound quality was as good as our XM radio.

Easy to instal, does what it says, I also purchased the Scosche passPORT Charging Adapter for iPod & iPhone (Black)by Scosche, at a later date so it would charge my ipod (check with Scosche for compatibility with your vehicle and ipod)Pacific Stereo (email) and Scosche (email tech support) were very helpful, and answered my questions. The instructions for the operation of the AXIPGMLAN are somewhat vague. Worked on a 2012 Impala, factory radio, On Star, XM, no Navigation, with Cat (category) button.

Love this stuff

I bought this for my cat who has scoliosis and hip problems, because it's a much better deal than the capsules specifically for cats. I use it as a powder in his food.Now that I have gout (?) or arthritis (?) in my hips and back, I'm taking it and it's helping me too!! Gotta love a multi-tasking product.

Received the package with an empty case. Where're the sunglasses???

I bought a lot of stuff from Amazon.com. Don't have any issue until this one. I got the package today and was eager to open it, there's a Kaenon box inside, I opened the box, there's a orange glasses case, then opened the case, guess what? Nothing is in it. I was really pissed off. I spent over $200 bucks to buy an empty case??? Unbelievable this happened to Amazon. I have made a phone call to the customer service and will see what happen next. I'm giving a one star right now due to unpleasant surprise to me and probably will change depending on how thing goes...Update: Solve the problem with the customer service. Finally got the sunglasses. The product is cool, but the overall shopping experience was not good. I'll think twice when I buy expensive products like this in the future. Change the rating from 1 star to 3.

My first Birkenstocks

Several friends have been wearing their Birkenstocks for years and always recommended them. I never wore sandals, prefering my shoes to fit snugly and not expose my toes. When I finally decided to get a pair, I went directly to Amazon and was bewildered by all the models and sources there. My wife had a pair of "Arizona" sandals, so I looked at the size charts and based on my other shoes ordered a pair of size 43s from one of Amazon's partners -Heart & Sole. The shoes arrived and were too large, sliding off easily and placing the arch support, uncomfortably, too far forward. I checked with the local shoe store where my wife had earlier found hers on sale. I was told that Birkenstocks run large (towards the largest U.S. size in the charted range). I got a reply to my late-night email to Heart & Sole, the very next day, offering to replace the shoes, with the next smaller size 42, by return post if I enclosed just $8.00 for shipping (only 10 cents more than it cost me to ship the originals back to them). The new shoes arrived faster than expected and fit very well. It takes a few days to get used to these shoes, if you have never worn sandals before, but the kind of full foot support they provide is wonderful and habit forming. They are shaped to fit the whole bottom of your foot, even including a small, shaped ridge under the first joint of your toes. Once you get used to the fact that your heal will rise slightly out of the shoe as, when walking, you roll onto your toes, you will feel free of the slight strain needed to bend the bottoms of standard shoes as you walk. Shortly, you stop worrying about that, since the back of the heal of the Birkenstock is ridged to pocket the heal of your foot when it comes back down and the shoes will stay in place. I am very happy, as are my feet, which can breathe freely, even though I wear socks with my Birkenstocks. I also recommend Heart & Sole as a place to buy yours.

They are birks- what else can be said. GO to the expensive shoe store. Try a pair on and make sure the you get the size correct. I would not order just based on numerical conversion-- Know your number. Purchase on Amazon, break them in, and you are now the coolest kid on the block.

Great item, waterproof, rugged, good looks

I purchased these to go on my Gold Rush Recumbent touring bicycle. Although it takes a little getting use to the roll top, it was a great investment. I rode though pouring rain many times without a worry about anything in those bags. The rack top bag I always cover with a plastic bag, but not the Ortlieb bags. Although the bags are considered front bags, I use mine on the back. Plenty large enough for everything needed on a supported tour. My camping gear is sent ahead on trucks, and I only need to carry rain gear, camera's, clothes, etc. These are perfect for that application. Waterproof, rugged, secure, what more could ask for. Oh ya, easy to put on and off!

Durable, looks great, easy to install

This was my third bathroom remod, and my first experience with Swanstone. Wish I had another bathroom that needed remodeling since this was a breeze to work with!It looks great - it has a matte finish which I prefer over a glossy finish (doesn't show the water spots as much). As recommended by Swan, I coated it with a auto wax which gave it a wee bit of gloss, but nothing much.Very easy to maintain in cases of scratches - just sand them out. I already had to do that due to a small mishap before I installed it, and it was straightforward. Started with 220 grit, then went to a 320 grit, then a bit of polishing compound (although the latter really wasn't needed).The vanity was very lightweight, far more so than other solid surfacing I've used. I'd estimate the 48 inch vanity weighed about 35 pounds. Very easy to lift and position by myself. Installs just like any other vanity top.I picked this for two main reasons: I liked the square sink, and the fact that it could be used with a single hole, 4" on center or 8" on center faucet. Only the center hole is drilled, but the vanity is marked for the other options so you can drill them yourself. At the time I purchased the vanity top I had still not decided on a faucet, so that flexibility was a big plus. I wound up getting a single hole faucet so I can't give first-hand feedback on drilling holes through it, but the instructions were very clear as to what size and type of bit to use. Looks like it would be a simple process.Very pleased and highly recommend.

Not worth the $$

Received product so quickly, that's why I gave it at least 1 star. Product was so light that I could pick it up with one hand. I think the packing material weighed more than the top. And....the material it was made from was so porous, I was afraid it would stain horribly...especially having young children in our home. For the cost, not at all worth it. Found the same exact style top, made from higher quality material, at another store. It cost about $200 less and I couldn't be happier.

Swanstone contour vanity top white

I love the shape of the sink. It looks great in our bathroom remodel. The sink was delivered in 2 days even though when I purchased it Amazon said it would take extra time for delivery. It was very easy for contractor to install and there are a variety of openings to drill out for faucet options. The finish is a matte so the glass tiles installed above it really stand out. We have had the sink for 1 month.

Get a grip

I am sorely disappointed in this product, and I will list my reasons here:1. They are advertised as "self drilling". Ha. I wait and wait and they just sit there. I left them overnight and when I came back, they still had not screwed. The only one screwed here is one Mr. John Q, Amazon-Customer III2. Pack of 9000?! Hardly. I count a mere 8998. Counting error? No way, I count them all... each and every one each night before I retire to my sumptuous abode.3. These are Phillips screws, but I will never buy their products again. Neither my TV nor VCR (Phillips brand!) remote will work with these! I am NOT going to buy yet another remote control.Ultimately I am fasten-ated by this product. Perhaps that is why this thread goes on so long, but in turn you'll have to tap your own judgement.

I looked for a while to find the right size one piece sinktop and basin for my remodeling project and for the price swanstone cannot be beat. The thing to note is the surface feel, it has an almost matte finish that is soft to the touch, I do notice it marks up easily but just as easily wipes away. I say buy it and try it!
