One Year Owner

I was given this ring as a gift by a significant other a year ago. It delivered on time and with a teddy bear and great gift presentation. I'll list a few pros and cons.+The ring is dainty, and looks good on my finger.+I have had no issues with changes in shape or color of ring, despite wearing it every day for a year.+The opal has stood up to wear well, and has not cracked. I have not treated the opal, and have gone from dry to humid climates wearing the ring.-The ring came slightly larger than I had expected from sizing myself using a set of sizing rings. However, because I did not go to a professional to determine my size, this is understandable. I wear the ring on my middle finger rather than my ring finger.-The opal has less fire than it does in the photo. Except for in sunlight, the stone appears milky white.

A wonderful sampler pack

I was very pleased with the variety of seeds available in this assortment. It's a great deal for a very good product. I've often gotten frustrated with sprouting, it seemed like a lot of work for very little yield. My first attempt with these seeds yielded about two cups of sprouted lentils from a half cup of seed. My second attempt yielded nearly four cups of salad sprouts from about a quarter cup of seeds! This assortment will definitely keep my family in fingertip gardens for some time to come.The only thing that was at all annoying was that the seeds now come in vacuum sealed bags with a basic label. No sprouting instructions at all. The two salad blends were actually unlabeled, I figured out what they were and marked them with a sharpie. There's enough information online that it's not a problem, just not what I expected from a previous review.This may be an overwhelming amount of seeds for someone who just wants to experiment. But if you're in love with the fresh taste of home grown sprouts this is exactly what you need to keep a variety in your life.

High Quality Assortment

I love these sprouting seeds. They are of high quality and sprout easily. Each one has its own directions, so just follow accordingly. I recommend them highly. I use these sprouts with a a Seed Sprouter by Hirts which is only $10.95 and it works great! i get great results with this sprouter vs. using a jar. It's fun to play around and taste a variety of them. I am also learning different types.

excellent lightweight tent for backpacking and int'l travel

My favorite feature is the pole setup, it's got a hub like an octupus, so you can't lose anything. Picked it up on clearance at REI, there's not a lot of these left in the market. I also like the pockets inside. Stays dry in rain, be it in Minnesota or New Zealand. Also get the black diamond lantern to hook onto the cieiling.

good for the price

I finally got around to testing this tent under a number of different circumstances after I purchased it a couple of months ago.First it's quite spacey and like most 3 person tents it is very comfortable with two people.The vestibules could have come a bit larger as there is not that much space to leave your backpack.I like the the two doors.Makes it easier to get out when you don't have to crawl over the other person in the tent.Although the external doors are fitted somewhat a bit awkward -meaning not exactly over the inner doors.So you kinda have to get around from one end to the other somehow.All the mesh is nice if you want to watch the stars at night for instance but if it does get cold it can become a bit breathy in there,with the fly over it that is.So definetly not more than a 3season tent,maybe even more like a 2 1/2 season one depending on where you camp.I used it in the Australian outback/bush and in the mountains,in sun and hot tropical conditions and in pouring rain and mountain chills.It performed very well in the rain but you need to have a good footprint.I tried some polyester tarp stuff but because of the different size at the ends I have decided to order the original footprint from Backcountry.Overall it is a good lightweight tent for camping and hiking but not for really cold weather (have a marmot pinnacle sleepingbag and good mat).The one thing that is really strange is it seems to attract large crowds of flies,sandflies,and the like-must be because of the colour(?) I guess.Can become a bit annoying depending on where you stay.and they could have added a couple of spare pegs.But in that price range a reliable and easy to put up lightweight option which performs well in rain.

A tent that could accommodate two people with room to spare, ability to fit into my smallish hatches, and able to handle the strong steady coastal winds. The Black Diamond Vista Tent fit the bill. It is solid and has two large doors. This tent is the perfect compromise between size, price, strength, and weight.

Because I hadn't played the guitar since I was fourteen, I went to the Guitar Center and a guy there told me of his many guitars he plays the Takamine 341 the most frequently. He said they cost around $350 so this Jasmine acoustic electric guitar by Takamine it seems like a pretty great deal. The electric sounds amazing and the unplugged acoustic is good too. I got the Jasmine because it is a bit lighter weight and the depth is about an inch less. Bought through Amazon, great deal and comes with case (I can't imagine a guitar being shipped without one!?)

Shower Door Knobs

I used these knobs as replacements for my shower door handles which are 30 years old. They were easy to install and give the doors an updated look which looks wonderful. This was very easy to install only took 45 mins. It is a best replacement for your money since the oem part is $462. I would do this if you have a 2005 to 2008 focus that has the air filter less system like my car did.

A Performance Upgrade and Serviceable

The original equipment "lifetime" filter costs over $350 to replace. This one is relatively easy to install and is serviceable.

Great Product.. Awesome Price!

Thanks to Amazon.com, I saved hundreds with this K&N kit. The original Ford "lifetime" airfilter was $465.00. This quality and serviceable part from K&N saved me over $200 and is easily maintainable! Also installation was at most 1 hour.. most of the time was consumed removing the stock Ford ducts and resonator boxes.
