MBRP 4" turbo back 05 duramax

I installed this on a 2005 crew cab duramax. Install was very easy and I am pleased with the system. Noticeable differance in power and sounds good also. When installing put a wedge between the pipe and the cross member when tighting the clamps. If not the pipe will be to close to the cross member and will touch. That was the only clearance issue and really not an issue at all if done right.Fast shipping.

Easy Install! I love it!

I received the exhaust on the estimated delivery date. I used prime and paid for over night. probably would have cost me at least as much to overnight that big of a package as the cost for Prime for the year. Well worth the 3.99 for overnight. My only issue was getting my old exhaust off. If you have an LBZ you should have a sawzall handy. I personally cut mine 3 times. None of that is MBRP's fault, just thought I should throw in a heads up. Took me 1 1/2 hours to get my old exhaust off. took me about 30 minutes to get the new exhaust on. Started the truck up and it sounded like a new truck. Why the factory wouldn't go with this sound from the beginning is beyond me. You can hear that Turbo whistle from a block away and the amazing rumble it puts off. Not over loud but just right!! Well worth the money. Glad I went with the Stainless steel too! I would not go another way if I could do it again. Hope this helps.

Does not fit factory flange

nice piece of pipe! perfect shape and size for my 2003 F-350 super-duty 6.0 crew cab, but the flange is all wrong for the factory down pipe. the original factory down pipe has a flare style flange and this pipe has a flat flange w/gasket. I had to return it. Was hoping this was a cheap answer to replace my cat.

Big changing table

Make sure you read the size of this changing table carefully before you make a decision. I made the mistake of glancing at the size and eye balling the dimensions in our very small nursery. However I am happy with the purchase (I did manage to find a good spot for it)!It wasn't easy for my husband to put together and in the process he nicked the item a little but I would still recommend this purchase. For $185 with free super saver shipping you just can't beat the price.The quality of the wood is decent and the pieces came intact. Expect to spend a while trying to put it together especially if you are doing it yourself.Also note that the white is a true white like the picture. The drawers move in and out easily and the cabinet has 2 large shelves in it. I think it's just lovely and am happy we got it!

Had I known...

Two things that I would have liked to know before purchasing this item, either of which probably would have made me re-think the purchase. First, the back and drawer bottoms are flimsy cardboard, not wood (or "wood product," for that matter). This is more or less fine for the back, but people put things in drawers and sometimes those things are heavy. I would prefer something sturdier.Second and more importantly, this was truly comically hard to put together. Other reviews mentioned this but don't really emphasize it enough. If someone sat around and thought very hard about how to make assembly maximally time-consuming and frustrating, this might have been the result. The materials are needlessly complex; as but one example, instead of having drawer knobs with embedded screws, which would allow you to just screw the threaded end straight into the drawer, there is a separate knob and a screw, and the instructions call for you to insert the screw both through the drawer and into the knob. Seven times. You are supposed to do this manually, which leads me to my next issue, which is how very, very wrong it is to claim, as the instructions do, that one does not need power tools for this job. I can say precisely when I would have quit had I not already pulled out my drill: at step 21 of 34 (yes, 34, many of which had sub-steps a through c), which called for screwing a 50 mm screw into a piece of presswood with an inadequately pre-drilled hole. It was hard for me to get the screw all the way in using the power drill. I think it would have been impossible without it. The drill also came in handy when I came across several "Robertson screws" to insert, a type of screw that I had never heard of but in any event seems eminently substitutable for a screw that would fit a commonly owned screwdriver. Like, say, a Phillips. Fortunately, we had a drill bit that was apparently Robertson shaped. I could go on, but leaving all this aside, it is the case that we finally got the thing together and I'm 9 months pregnant with a decidedly non-handy husband (I'm not super handy myself). If we can manage, so can others. But use power tools and be prepared to spend 3-5 hours.I have some other minor complaints as well, such as how dirty and dusty the thing was when delivered. Presswood coated in sawdust is not closer to real wood. It just makes a mess in the baby's room. Another is the large and permanent warning on the back edge of the table top border. You can't see it in the picture on amazon and you can't remove it. It warns that if your baby falls off a four-foot high surface, it could get hurt. I am sufficiently aware of this risk to feel comfortable covering the warning with stickers, but would prefer if it my nice new changing table didn't have nanny-state printed all over it.In sum, I would not purchase again. However, I'm familiar with the maxim "you get what you pay for." The price is quite low and now that it's all together, I think it will be quite serviceable.

This changing table is huge, it was much bigger than I thought it would be once put together.I am 5'10" and it comes up way past my bellybutton. It is very heavy duty, but very complicated to assemble is the only drawback.

These work much better than we anticipated. After using 2 sticks my husband went up to clean the chimney and was back down in a few minutes because the chimney was almost creosote free. The best thing is you can use these in a HOT fire and don't have to wait until it cools like some other products.

Using the Rutland creosote remover brings me peace of mind in knowing that my chimney's are cared for during the winter. It also removes all the creosote from inside my wood stoves. With heating oil being so expensive this season, I rely on my fires for heating and safety is key.

Works like a charm

I moved into an old house, didn't have anyone to clean the chimney, and the kids and I needed heat. I used a Chimney Sweep Log in November, and have been using these (which I believe use the same chemicals though in smaller more affordable / self-selective doses) since, to keep the chimney clean. I checked it today, and even though we've had to burn some green wood, the chimney is clean as a whistle! I feel safe knowing these are on hand. I use them regularly to maintain a clean chimney. I know they say you should get it cleaned anyway, but honestly, I don't see the point. There's nothing to clean. I WILL get it checked, for cracks and whatnot, when the weather eases up. In the meantime, I know we're safe.

finally something that works

After looking at many types of heated water dishes. And trying a few over the years. I decided on this one. Its built better than expected. It is a large bowl. The heating element not only works well. It looks like it is very well made. And it doesn't make the water too warm. Thus causing more algae. This past week in Northern Ohio we had 15 hrs straight of temps below 6 degrees. And 48 hours of temps below 20 degrees. No sign of any Ice. The description doesn't tell you the heating element removes when the weather warms up. I use this for one yellow lab. But it may be big enough for two labs. I've been using this for two months. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. I hope this helps

These always work. Been using them for years for customers who want to make ANY Ethernet device work on a wireless network. Case is rugged STEEL. You could stand on it and not hurt it. Once it's configured to the wireless network it never lets go. Not cheap, but certainly cheaper than and individual service visit for a failing device.

Offshore sailing safety harness

We sail along the Pacific coast from Ventura to San Francisco and this harness, along with a tether, are highly recommended for any offshore sailing. On our boat, it is mandatory that it is worn in rough weather and while sailing at night. This unit meets all of the requirements for quality, safety and is comfortable to wear. The deflated compactness makes it very easy for any size crew to wear and because of the small size, movement on deck is not hindered by a bulky life jacket.

Comfortable inflatable PFD

This is my second SOSpenders auto-inflate PFD with harness. The changes are mostly cosmetic. It is comfortable to wear and work in over anything from a t-shirt to full foulies. I particularly like the double D-rings for attachment to jacklines since that design does not depend on the integrity of the plastic buckle to keep me on the boat. Recommended.

Passed Expectations

I installed this system in my 03 PSD Excursion and I am very satisfied. The sound was is not obnoxious and has a great deep tone to it. I bought this exhaust for the functionality of it being a turbo back. Paired with an AFE intake, this will make your vehicle breathe better and will make your turbo whistle louder. I sound like a jetliner driving down the interstate.

Awesome Components!!!!

I just installed these earlier today, and wow, was the sound so clear. I was accustomed to the stock speakers for awhile, but, when I heard these first hand connected to a 4 channel 400 watt amp, I was amazed on the clarity, the loudness, and the warm, bright sound. I can't wait to match these mids/highs to the 12" Type-R sub(s). You will definitely be wanting bass after listening to these without a sub/amp combo, since the crossovers take away the bass notes, although there is "punchy mid-bass".

Good product

this is for my 2003 f-350 super-duty crew-cab 6.0 short box. This is a good product and would purchase again! Its a bit of a struggle to install for 1 person but not too bad. Hard to get the turbo clamp ring back on and hold the down pipe in place at the same time. I don't understand why the down pipe is 3 1/2" and the rest is 4". Glad i did not go with the 5". Its a bit louder than the factory exhaust and the turbo is much louder. this is made to fit a few different truck config and i had to cut a piece of pipe to fit. I did have to cut the old exhaust in pieces in order to get it out. was a bit of a struggle to get the old down pipe off. This is a great way to eliminate your cat! The extra noise makes me feel like i have a performance truck now lol

best bang for your buck

i installed it in 2.5 hours, 4 beers and minimal cursing with no lift and hand tools4 door long bed dually used every pipe they included, instructions are detailed and pics are better than expected on installsound is mellow and deep, interior resonance is minimal
