great bargain!! only thing, this product has to be refrigerated; I got the email that it was shipped on Friday; I didn't get the package til late afternoon on Monday...They should have waited and shipped on Monday....The product was packed in cold packs, but they were not cold when I got the package.

One of my cats fell victim to the recent pet food recall and ate some of the tainted food. He's only 6 years old and was experience kidney failure. To make a long story short, this supplement has brought his creatine and BUN numbers to near normal levels. I never would have thought this product would work so well.

Do not buy from Direct Super Center

This seller (Direct Super Center) sent me a defective product and, upon receiving the product back, refused to refund 100% of my money! I ordered this product (AZODYL) to address my cat's chronic kidney disease, without which, his health would be severely compromised. AZODYL is a probiotic and requires refrigeration to remain viable and effective. According to Vetoquinol (the manufacturer), AZODYL will only remain viable for up to 3 days without refrigeration. By the time this product was shipped and delivered, 6 days had passed. The AZODYL was not kept cold and was therefore no longer viable. This seller SHOWED NO CONCERN about selling me a product that would compromise my cat's health. Direct Super Center should be banned from selling probiotics. Shame on Them!In addtion, because Direct Super Center refunded part of my money, Amazon.com's automated system considered my claim closed, offering me no recourse or custmoer satisfaction.
