Overnight delivery. Ordered on Friday evening and received Monday. Great service. Clear instructions suggested installation time 20-30 minutes. It took me three hours to install and then it was necessary to go to the instructions and do it right. Didn't fit. Excellent customer service.

My Silverado is 2007 classic body. This confused your fit calculator/check box, which stated it would fit. No product measurements were available. 2007 was the year two models of the Silverado were made. I think that is the glitch. Classic, however, was a choice on the selector protocol--the selection I made. Beautifully made hitch. Just the wrong one. Spoke to your great returns folks who understood the problem and printed a return UPS label. No charge to me. Excellent customer service.

Bolted right in with 4 bolts in a few minutes

The good:The price was nice.Bolted right up to 4 of the 6 factory tow hook locations on my '03 2500HD Duramax.Fit well inbetween frame rails without spacers.Didn't have to trim lower facia skirt on truckThe Not so Good:Does not match picture (receiver tube is welded under cross tube making receiver much lower to ground than expected)Arrived with no packaging- Had 2 small collars of cardboard around cross tube and bolts were taped to receiver- powdercoating was chipped off to bare metal on most protruding corners/parts.
