Beats cancer any day of the week

If you need nicotine--which isn't a carcinogen--and want to avoid tobacco which IS, then this gum is a reasonable alternative. Read the instructions first. Why should you need instructions for freakin' GUM?? Because, like cigarettes, this is actually a drug delivery system. If you chew it too fast, the nicotine comes out quickly, leading to a burning throat and nausea. My brother found out the hard way. This product is the COATED gum, which tastes much better than the non-coated. I have also tried two generic alternatives which were inferior in taste and inconsistent in nicotine content, so I suggest you stick with the brand name.
