Awesome Watch!

I bought this for my husband for our 4th wedding anniversary. I did a lot of shopping around before I settled on this one. He really wanted a skeleton pocket watch and he wanted a lot of the watch's mechanisms exposed. This watch seemed to foot that bill without costing the over $500 the ones we were looking at cost. I have to say this watch is much nicer in person. My husband was so impressed and absolutely loves it! It is a very nice size, everything is so pleasing to the eye and the construction looks very solid. Now we've only had this for a short time so I can't comment on its lasting quality but it does come with a limited lifetime warranty which is reassuring. This is truly a beautiful watch and worth every penny.

Make friends with a Jeweler!

I have had the silver version of this watch for 6 months and have had it repaired twice so far. The mechanism jams and the watch will not work. It is relatively easy for a watch repairer to unjam but the problem still exists and will cost more than the value of the watch to completely fix it.I have also heard that the main spring is likely to break if you overwind it.

The price was right, and it works very well. I didn't expect it to be as large and heavy as it was, but I believe that makes it all the sturdier and likely to last. I'm considering buying one of the smaller/lighter models they have as well.
