Easy to Install, Solid as a Rock

Amazon shipped this with a piece of cardboard taped to it so the UPS label could be affixed. That was a little surprising, but sure enough, all the parts were there. It really did only take about 30 minutes to install on my 2003 Mazda MPV. I do recommend getting a long extension for the ratchet set you use. Also, having a torque wrench really helped ease my mind that it was all tightened down properly. Installation would've been easier with two people, but I managed it myself despite the significant weight.As for performance, we've put over a thousand miles on it in three weeks with 5 bikes on a Yakima rack. It's completely solid. I'm only unhappy that I waited so long!
