Great product but THE worst customer service ever!!!!!

The Codex cover for my MacBook is very nice - it looks and feels great, it is lightweight and easy to carry and it provides pretty good protection short of a hard exterior/padded interior case. Under the metallic outer material of the case is some kind of space-age material that offers better than thin foam or fabric protection. Also, the case fits really well and one can use their laptop without removing it from the case. HOWEVER, the first one I bought had a small puncture in the outer surface which I just knew would only get bigger with use. So I returned it to the major East Coast computer chain store who with no problem exchanged it for me. It wasn't til the next day and hundreds of miles away that I discovered that the replacement had an even bigger problem - there were large areas of the case where the cushioning material was loose and bunched up under the outer surface rendering areas of the case with no padding and no protection as a result. Upon returning home a week later I emailed the maker - Aeovoe - to get it replaced because I was a continent away from where I bought it and I thought I would get my silver one replaced with a black one (the place I bought it only had silver at the time). After sending pictures and a detailed explanation of the problem they took their time telling me that they wouldn't replace it. I sent several more emails demanding to know why (they didn't say why in the next 3 or 4 emails from them) they wouldn't replace it and finally they told me that I had purposefully damaged it in some way they couldn't explain - and they were extremely snotty about the whole thing!! In the next email they baldly lied saying it was the result of water damage and was my fault - this even though in the pictures I sent there was absolutely NO signs of water damage/staining/etc anywhere on the case!! After about 2 weeks of back and forth with them I gave up and told them I wouldn't recommend their products to anyone and I would most assuredly let people on the net know why - they were dishonest, argumentative and downright rude! I then sent it back to the retailer (after listening to my plight) who immediately and unquestioningly replaced it with the black version that they now had in stock (which is very handsome I might add). This case is a GREAT product but the company who makes/distributes them are the biggest horses a**es I've EVER had occasion to deal with!! 5 stars for the case, 5 spitballs for the company! They aren't to be trusted, their quality control is very poor and their customer support is staffed by morons - they are out and out liars! Proceed at your own risk in buying ANYTHING from them! Aeovoe Customer Support - if you read this and want to dispute my version of events - know this, I have ALL of the emails we exchanged. You won't be able to hide behind ANY BS if you try to do so - I gotcha! And be assured - I have let thousands of people know about your "customer support". I even emailed your CEO who didn't even have the stones to reply to me.
