Worth the money

I bought this knife before my current deployment to be the knife I carry every day. I have been deployed currently for seven months. It is a great knife. It is very sturdy, keeps its sharpness, as must serated blades do, and is very comfortable in the hand. It has been used for a wide variety of cutting during these seven months and never has a problem doing the job. It is not super heavy, so it doesn't feel like it is weighing down your pocket. The one problem I have had with it is the tip broke. It wasn't a big peice that broke off though. Since it is only sharp on one side of the blade, I was able to sharpen it down and fix it myself (that should show that the portion of the tip that broke off wasn't very big). Once I got it back to form, I haven't had any other issues with it. Even with that one incident, it is a great knife and I would recommend it to anyone.

Great knife

I owned an older version of this knife for nearly ten years that I unfortunately lost very recently. The blade held up well even after several professional sharpenings. I purchased this knife with the ComboEdge and couldn't be happier. Great knife that you almost forget about when it's clipped to your pocket. Lightwieght, thin, and easy to quickly deploy.

I have owned my spyderco police model for 20 years. I recieved it as a wedding gift. I took through my tour of service in the US Infantry for 4 years. It has been in my pocket ever since. Every day for 20 years. Just as tight and functional as ever. I should probably sharpen it. I mean it still works great, but after 20 years it could use a sharpening.
