Excellent Product and Manufacturer Support

This product was daunting to install as I'd never done it before, but amazingly simple when I looked at it when done. No unnecessary parts or components and actually intuitive in retrospect. I did call support 3 times. I got right in and after verbal explanations I felt it ridiculous I had to call. As with things you've never done before it might seem daunting, but support calls go right to subject matter experts who are very good at walking through what was required.I don't review products as a rule. Perhaps too lazy, uninterested, etc unless products are exceptional or garbage. This product is exceptional. It is amazing how many times I have been stopped in parking lots and asked about it! The Full Metal JackRabbit is just such high quality and looks sexy. It is very functional if you don't mind taking up a little bed space at the front of the cab for the panels to roll up into.I love it.
