Get in the Swing

I own ten pairs of the 1 and 2 pound clubs and they are great. All my students enjoy using them as part of their Primal Nature Workout. The clubs are well made. The service from this seller is excellent. And there is no shipping charge. If you are just starting out with the clubs I would suggest you get the 1 pound clubs. You will be surprised at how much of a workout you will get with the them. I have clubs all the way up to 45 pounds, but the 1 and 2 pounders see the most action. The instructional DVD is clear and easy to follow along with. If you want more instruction: I have several video clips posted on YouTube.
