Great watch

This is a very nice watch, especially for the price. However, it doesn't appear that I was sent a brand new product, as it came in a box for another Timex product and with instructions for another Timex product. The watch doesn't seem to have been worn (everything was clean, unscratched, the band didn't have any wear marks and the back of the case retained its protective sticker), but I think it may have been a display model or a return as it didn't have its original box, instructions or protective factory sticker for the crystal, and it was delivered with the crown in the operative position instead of pulled out in the off position with a protective collar to prevent battery wear. Also, the hands did not register correctly when delivered. I was wary when I received it and considered returning the watch but, after downloading the proper instructions off the Timex Website, I was able to figure out how to use all the functions and to reset the hands to register exactly, so I decided to keep it.The watch looks great and works flawlessly. It's rather thick and a bit heavier than what it replaced, but I got used to that quickly. The cushioned leather band, black dial, four o'clock date window and "T" design on the stopwatch second hand are very stylish. I've never had a watch this accurate. It's only gained about a second in a week. The Indiglo feature is rather dim but still the time is quite legible in the dark. I do wish that the hands and numbers were luminous for additional visibility. I also wish that the stopwatch had a 6o minute eye instead of just 30 minutes. But aside from those minor complaints, I'm very satisfied with the watch and think it was an exceptional value. I believe that the T2M467 is now a discontinued model that has been replaced by a sport chronograph with an identical case and time module but with a tachymeter inner bezel and sports band (leather with holes). From pictures of it I've seen it appears to be similarly stylish and I would expect it to be of comparable quality.I'm very satisfied with the watch, but I wish that it came in a factory box and I was assured it was brand new.

Great watch

Watch works and looks great. If it said rolex instead of timex it would cost 20 times what this did. But still, $100 + for a timex feels a little high.
