Great work boot

This is my second pair--first pair lasted about 2-1/2 years after being worn nearly every day to work. Very comfortable (I replaced the inserts that came with them with an upgraded set). The composite metatarsal guards and sole protectors don't set off the metal detector at the plant where I work (nuclear site), so they're convenient, too. I've hiked in them; they have a large toe-box and so should be worn with a good pair of socks. I imagine they'd be a good platform for a heavy backpacking trip, though I haven't tried that. I'll get these again.

Nice package; good quality; smooth & timely transaction! Only worn once, but comfortable right out of the box and seems to be a good solid work boot/hiker.
