BSA 6-24 Varmit/Target RifleScope Tops
By Robert R. Falls
This will be short. It is far the greatest scope I have owned for the price. I've been using it to learn how to target @300yards and over and working on hitting some varmits out to 500 yards. This scope has everything a person could want and mine is mounted on a H&R Ultra Varmit .308. I used a LED guide I bought at Wally World for 39 bucks to do the initial 100 yard zero. Then 4 shots and I was set to 200 yards. Still learning how to use the mil-dot site properly but so far I've had some amazing shots that I never would have made without this scope. Good price, clear glass and keeps it's zero with .308 cartridges. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

great value for the money!
By Msan7074
I'VE BEEN A HUNTER AND TARGET SHOOTER FOR FORTY YEARS, NEVER BELIEVED THERE WAS A WAY TO PUT QUALITY GLASS IN AN INEXPENSIVE SCOPE. I HAVE LEUPOLDS, NIKONS, WEAVERS, BUSHNELLS, SIMMONS AND TASCOS. I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED TWO PLATINUMS, ONE 6X24 AND ONE 8X32. THESE TWO SCOPES ARE AS CLEAR AS ANY OF THE PRE-MENTIONED BRANDS. MY 8X32 PLATINUM IS MOUNTED ON A .243 WIN, REM 700 BDL. WITH MY HANDLOADS, AT 100 YDS, ON A GOOD DAY, THE BULLETS NEARLY TOUCH, TI"LL THE BARREL HEATS UP. I'M TRYING TO FIND SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS SCOPE AND I CAN'T. WHEN I TURN THE A. O. AND MAGNIFICATION RINGS, THEY ARE AS SMOOTH AS MY BEST LEUPOLD AND NIKON. IT'S SCARY.M. S.

excellent on my 30-06!
By David Curtis
My Ruger 30-06 had a 3x9 scope on it, which wasn't enough considering the potential range of that caliber, and the fact that my eyes aren't as good as they used to be!I read the reviews and decided to give it a try, knowing it wasn't going to be a $500+ scope. After using a cheap laser bore sighter to get on paper, I was in the black in 5 rounds at 50 yards. Moving out to 100 yards it was just two rounds to be dead center, and checking the adjustments you could get exactly anywhere you wanted on the target.I have not owned a scope of this magnification before, the strongest I've owned was 12X. At 24 power the scope is still quite clear, eye relief is acceptable, and the parallax adjustment works great! I feel quite comfortable using this setup for the extreme ranges that are possible here in central Alaska. Two thumbs up for this scope!
