Wonder Woman #181

By comparison to the statues currently on the market this one is definitely inferior. There is fine detail on the face but I wouldn't classify it as good. In total, your cash would be better suited for the other wonder woman statues.

Phil Jimenez did the spectacular cover art for Wonder Woman #181, and that was the inspiration for this statue. A+++!!!

I remember the power and beauty of this pose waaaaay back when it was used to create an UBER rare Serra Angel statue. Fast forward a few years, and the pose is being used for the cover of Wonder Woman #181. (Wonder Woman #181 Battle for the Lost World) Fast forward yet again, and the pose is used for the first edition of this particular statue. And now fast forward one final time, and the pose has been used for this smaller edition of the sculpture. The sculpture was originally MUCH larger, and I missed out on getting it at that time. Every sculpt for DC is a limited edition one, and the larger versions of this statue were snapped up almost instantly upon release. By the time I'd saved enough to buy it, it was too late. LOL And then, much to my delight, this smaller and considerably cheaper 'Re-print' came out. I ordered one IMMEDIATELY, and was SUPER please when I received it in the mail. She's a decent sized statue, and the pose looks just as good as the original did. She's lightweight, but can still break easily. This is especialy true with the sword, which has to be fitted into her hand after the package is opened. Nonetheless, when all that is said and done, the statue looks GREAT. It's a 'Wonderful' addition to my collection. At this price, she's a bargain, and I don't think you'll be disappointed. Thanks for your time folks. Sincerely, R.A. McDowell
