4NO POLYMER GEL BEADS!!
By Qrysta White
That is what this product should boast about. It is a nightmare trying to find both pads for the body and underpads for surfaces that don't contain that junk.Touted a miracle.. it isn't. Its annoying to baby's skin and to mine. If it tears you have a powdery even more irritating mess of the substance all over everything creating even more skin irritation and its rough as sand. This product as well as Prevails peach underpads (turquoise green and orange packaging) product code 90899120010 contain none of it!Its a matter of making sure certain words are NOT in the title. These thin pads don't say, "super absorbent". The Prevail underpads I just mentioned also don't have that in their title. "Super A" seems to be the industry buzz term for Contains Polymer Beads. So until they smarten up and write, "DOES NOT CONTAIN POLYMER GEL BEADS", we have to sleuth out the products that don't say that.Because this item doesn't contain those annoying as heck granules you CAN CUT it if you are petite because it is pretty long despite its title, its not like a short sanitary pad.In terms of holding a lot of liquid, I don't know what the reviewer is talking about it definitely is for the LIGHTEST OF MINUTE DROPS. It doesn't hold much but then it wasn't meant to. Used inside a full diaper it doesn't help like its cousin, the discontinued fantastic Depends Boost Inserts. And that's sad. I don't know where Depends expected us to go without that product. I give it that 4th star only for what it doesn't contain not because its absorbent enough.Other Dignity Liners do contain the gel so I'm at a loss for when this pad is not enough. Now that HDIS has run out of over 990000 of the last Depends Boost Inserts it had in stock (in just 2 months I might add) I'm toast.Burnt Toast!

5A Very Good Product
By James M. Brown
For those such as myself with "leaky" problems, there is no better product. They are easy to use and hold a goodly amount of fluid. I have used them for 10 years and haven't found any other product to compare with their capacity or ease of use.JMB
