Great Product

I have installed these on my 1992 Wrangler. I was able to have them both installed in under 20 minutes, using supplies materials and bolts from existing lights. The wiring diagram was off, but it was 3 wires plus a ground. Not exactly rocket science. They look great, work great and greatly improved signal visibility... I highly recommend this product.

Nice once you get it right.

I got these tail lights for my Jeep, I'll list it exactly since I had problems. It is a 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sahara edition that has the dual top option. The wiring directions that came with these lights were WRONG. I started with the drivers side. I had a wire of a different color than the directions said but hey, 1 out of three if the other 2 are a dead match the third shouldnt matter WRONG! It says splice red to purple and black, blue to yellow and black and white to red and brown. Well that made the reverse light the turn signal and blew the brake light fuse (20 amp located in the glove box.) The correct wiring for my Jeep was Red to Green and Red, Blue to Yellow and Black and White to Purple and Black. Now for the pasenger side. All the wires match the directions GREAT! NOT AT ALL its dead wrong the colors are there but won't work if you wire them as directed in the instructions you will have the same issue as the driver side having the reverse light act as your turn signal. Run Red to Brown and Red, Blue to yellow and Black, White to Purple and Black. This was a pain in the butt. Instead of using the 3M splices I soldered everything for a more reliable feed TWICE. Bottom line I hope you are reading this before install. Also the little screaws that hold the lights together are cheesy and stip under the pressure required to fit the housing together. I drilled the holes slightly larger and used my factory screaws. The lights work and look great now. If the instructions were correct I would give them 4 stars. If the screaws were beefier and they were plug and play 5. Remember if you followed the directions and wired it wrong before reading this your fuse in the glove box will need to be replaced before your brake lights will illuminate when the pedal is pushed.
