The iTouchless IT18RC Trashcan NX Stainless Steel Trash Can is a commercial-size touchless trash can that prevents cross-contamination and makes cleaning much easier. This hands-free trash can uses the AI Smart-Chip II technology to open the lid when it detects movement within 6 inches, and it has the capacity to hold either an 18-gallon or 23-gallon garbage bag. The NX trash can is constructed from durable stainless steel with a brushed silver finish. Four wheels allow for easy transportation. Uses 4 D-size batteries (not included) with an optional AC power adapter. 18-gallon dimensions: 19.25L x 17.75W x 26H inches. 23-gallon dimensions: 19.25L x 17.75W x 31H inches.

Excellent Product

After purchasing the first one, we bought a second. Works as advertised and provides plenty of space for a lot of trash. No more emptying the trash can every other day to replace the bag.

I was a little hesitant to order this since it was more than I wanted to pay for a kitchen garbage can but I'm glad I did. It is a very nice quality stainless steel can and I love the "touchless" feature. It holds so much that I find we don't need to change the bag near as often - it holds a 30 gallon bag nicely and pretty much fills up the whole bag before it needs changed. It also keeps the smell under control with the nice lid. I would recommend using the plug in adaptor with it to save on batteries if you have an outlet nearby. It's great for when you're cooking and you have to keep throwing things in it - keeps your hands cleaner because you don't have to keep touching the lid. I couldn't find this size anywhere in any stores so this was a great find!

I bought this for my wife she said I want a new trash can that is stainless steel and I don't have to touch and has a lid this works great she thought that I would find one with a step but this is so much cooler we have 3 kids and a dog and cat so this gets some use and has held up
