Missing Hardware

Haven't installed the hitch yet because the installation hardware is missing and there is no contact information to get the missing parts. Amazon only gives me the option to return the whole shipment and I need the hitch now. The hitch looks like it will fit perfectly and the price would have been good but now I have to buy the missing parts so, it's only so, so.

The hitch bolted up with ease. I was unsatisfied with quality of finish, it was not shipped in packaging so it got scratches and a gouge on the mount plate when it arrived at my door. I put it on anyway bc the gouge was near the frame and up high so it won't see alot of salt and the scratches were on top of the cross-member and finishable at later which I plan doing after a year.

The trailer hitch is exactly what I was looking for, for a very reasonable price, shipped to my door. Installation is extremely easy, as well.
