Excellent training aid

I needed a bag to assist in martial arts training for my class and I. This definately fit the bill. It is holding up to some serious abuse without mis-shaping. It has stayed firm and the hardware is definately taking a beating without even hinting at tearing. I can definately say that as I expand I will be looking to add anouther uppercut bag at the very least and this brand is definately the one.

Quick delivery. This is a fun bag to hit. A must for gym owners. Really allows you to work on your uppercuts. A nice alternative to the standard heavybag. A nice way to mix up your workouts.
