Install Not For Beginners

Hitch assembly arrived on time and complete. Installed it last night (3 solid hours, 2 people) while VAN parked in garage. It looks good and seems solid. I purchased to attach a bike carrier, not for towing, so my expectations may differ.---WARNING--- this was NOT an easy installation, required much metal frame grinding (enlarge frame holes to enable bolt heads to pass), heavy drilling, and struggled with pulling string/wire attached to bolt through access holes and into fastening holes. There's no way (unless cut a side access hole) to install two furthest back bolts, we left those two off and modified the access hole to fasten a bolt to it. It's plenty secure and I only need this for bike carrier.If you're not a confident DIY type, take it to your mechanic.Product is solid, but two furthest rear bolts need a better fastening solution.
