This pasta is incredibly good. If you just boil the daylights out of pasta in order to use as a medium for your sauce, then I would pass on this. If however, you like to cook your pasta al dente in order to enjoy the flavor of the pasta along with the texture that it lends to your dish, then I highly recommend this product. I don't know that there is a better tasting or better cooking pasta out there. With free shipping, the price was almost one dollar less per pound than the grocery stores sell it for. Absolutely love it.

This is the pasta the folks in Italy eat. Amazon sells it at a great value. It's quite pricey in most markets here in the States. Now if we can get Amazon to stock more of a variety!
