Best women's motorcycle jacket on the market!

Are you sick of all the pink and white jackets with hearts, flowers and rhinestones that gear companies keep trying to sell you? Disappointed by the flimsy foam pads that pass for armor in most women's motorcycle jackets? Well, if you want an edgy yet feminine jacket with heavy duty armor that will actually protect you, look no further! I've had this jacket for years, riding every day, on road and off and it is AWESOME. I have literally flung over the handlebars head first, somersaulted across the ground and brushed it off like it was nothing. The back pad is one of the most substantial and sturdy I have seen, even in men's gear. It's like a turtle shell and the mesh sleeves hold the sturdy elbow and shoulder pads in place during even the worst falls. My only tiny complaint is the velcro on the cummerbund losses its grip eventually (but that was after years of wearing it on a near daily basis and easily/cheaply replaced with more heaving duty velcro by any tailor). It's also equipped with shapely breast armor to protect your boobies from handlebar impact, how cool is that?!I wear it alone in the 100+ degree Arizona summers (put on sunscreen though or you'll get a waffle tan) and throw Frogg Toggs over it to stay warm and dry when it's cold and wet: Frogg Toggs Womens Cruisin Toggs Rainsuits, Black/Black, Size: Lg, Gender: Womens, TT10599-01LG

The moment I unwrapped the packaging, I could tell this was a quality product. I got this shortly after I had a fall on the BMX track, which bruised my entire left side that kept me out of riding for 3 weeks, and figured it was time for an upgrade from the usual full-face, elbow, and knee-shin guards. I have not yet been able to ride with it, nor have I taken a fall in it yet to see exactly how it performs in a crash, but I would put my trust in its performance. I may have made a mistake ordering the Medium, as it is a tad large in the waist, but still fits properly.Pros: Excellent protection, and another quality product from AlpinestarsOther notes: Sub-80 degree F temperature is a good climate to wear this in. I did notice after wearing for about an hour that without a shirt on underneath the mesh is a bit rough and can rub against the skin. Best worn with a long sleeve or short-sleeve athletic shirt/under armor underneath to prevent irritation. Pairs best with a long sleeve jersey on top. :)
