Good mouse for computer with my TV

I bought this to hook up my computer with my TV, so that I can comfortably sit in the couch and browse (mainly you can go back and forth - its just a mouse). Works fantastic so far, easy to setup, works out of box with my Windows XP Home edition. The moment I plugin the base in the USB port, the 2GB memory showed up as disk. The moment I established the connection with the remote, the mouse started working w/o any software installation. It has power button on the handheld remote, a nice feature where you dont have to drain the battery. On the flipside, you have reconnect with the base unit when you switch on, for which you should click on the connect button both in the base and the remote with a pin.The 2GB memory has some software which should aid in presentations, though I havent tried it yet.I bought it at a discounted price somewhere else, and for the money I paid this was a great buy ! So far - very happy ! Only 4 star, since it needs a manual connect everytime I switch on.

The mouse worked great for my use with a Media Center PC I setup in my living room. It installed on Windows 7 without a hitch and is great fun to use.

It does NOT have a laser pointer. It is a cool air mouse but if I am presenting, I have to use two devices- Gyrotransport air mouse and a laser pointer. The two device solution is pretty painful. If Gyrotransport combines the two devices into they will surely have a winner....
