Great safety precaution

Our driveway gently slopes to a main road. Our 3 year old and 5 year old needed constant reminders not to follow balls or ride bikes down the driveway. It is strong enough to stop a very determined 3 year old - giving me enough time to remind her of the rules of the driveway! Easy to install and remove after each use. Not an eye sore if left retracted and in the ground. Bright orange mesh is a great signal to drivers on the main road.

Not disappointed, not overwhelmed

We got it to keep our kids from chasing a ball into the street or running off too close to the road.It serves more as a visual barrier, though, not even keeping a large basketball or play ball from rolling underneath. I found it a bit tiresome to carefully re-wind the net every time - it tends to want to bind up.It's a little heavy for my wife to manage easily, but it does the job it was designed for, I suppose.Overall, it is OK. Not a "highly recommend" but certainly not a "do not buy" rating.

This created a good visual barrier, but it doesn't retract well and is kind of flimsy -- we had to zip tie the part that holds the fence to another stake to give it some support.
